K-LINE INSULATOR COVER

#ZFKLINE-V3

The ZEROflame® K-Line Insulator Cover is designed to fit over an insulator with a trunnion clamp fitting (similar to K-Line’s K clamp).  It is designed to cover the entire clamp and portions of the insulator to protect the entire assembly from wildlife and environmental damage.

Custom Coating Innovations has created this K-Line Insulator Cover in conjunction with input from major utility companies and is used today throughout the United States. Made in the USA!

Our proprietary ZEROflame® material delivers dip molding solutions for wildlife protection and avian conservation plans. ZEROflame® is flame resistant and safeguards critical infrastructure from harsh environments ensuring grid reliability.
